To contact us please send an email to the following address: hello@laravel42.com or through the contact form within 3 calendar days after the effective date of this Privacy Notice or, where appropriate, any of its subsequent updates, you must express your opposition to the processing of your personal data by Laravel42, by sending an email to the address mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

Once the aforementioned term has elapsed, your tacit acceptance of the guidelines and provisions set forth in this Privacy Notice will be understood as tacit acceptance.

In order to comply with the provisions of the Law and for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, we inform you that we may collect your personal data in the following ways:

  • When we obtain information through other means permitted by applicable law. The above in accordance with the following information that will be requested:

The personal data that we may collect directly are those that you provide to us (either orally or in writing) such as name, telephone number, complete address, payment information, federal taxpayer registration, bank account, credit card number (data that is not stored, it is simply used by the payment processor) and IP address (in order to validate that the payment is true or to avoid fraud) email (for sending and receiving notifications, newsletter and account management in Maildrill).

Personal data that we may obtain by other means permitted by the applicable legislation in force or resolutions of any competent authority empowered for such purposes, such as name, place and position of work, e-mail address, data related to the source (company) of your work.

Purpose and Use of your Personal Data

The personal data collected will be used for the following secondary or accessory purposes: account creation and management, marketing, advertising, promotion, commercial prospecting, elaboration, evaluation and analysis of User profiles for the development and offering of new products and services, conducting surveys, analytical and statistical purposes, all related to the products and services of the responsible parties, their affiliates, partners and other third parties. To contact the User or send him/her information about new products, news, offers from the Responsible or third parties, newsletters, educational forums, advertising or marketing, remote sales, making use of means such as, but not limited to, email, PUSH notifications, text messages (SMS), instant messaging, calls and pop-ups, WhatsApp.

Processing of Sensitive Personal Data

Maildrill does not collect sensitive personal data (such as data of racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, philosophical, moral, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference, as defined in section VI of Article 3 of the Act), however, if by any action, fact or circumstance we were to obtain personal data of this nature, through our customers who hire services from our platform (Maildrill) and in turn collect data of this nature, Maildrill is committed to such data will be treated under the strictest standards and security measures to ensure confidentiality.

Limiting the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data

We need to provide certain information to partners, allies and third-party vendors to facilitate your booking and to provide you with the services you have requested. In the event that any transfer of data by Maildrill is to be made, the prior consent of the owner of such personal data must be obtained.

Rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion and Opposition regarding Personal Data

You will have the right to access your personal data that Maildrill has collected at any time, provided that they are working days and hours through prior request made directly to Maildrill, through the following email hello@maildrill.app.

Likewise, you will have the right to rectify them in case your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, as well as to delete them from our records at any time, except in cases established in article 26 of the Law. Finally, you may object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes.

To carry out the exercise of any of the rights mentioned in this paragraph, you must perform the following steps:

Draft a request sent to the following email address: hello@maildrill.app containing the following information:

Name of the holder and telephone number or other means to communicate the response to the request.

Attach documents proving the identity of the owner of the personal data or his legal representative with sufficient and necessary powers for the purposes in question.

The clear and precise description of the personal data in which you want to exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, deletion and / or opposition.

Maildrill will reply to the mail where it will clarify or ask for confirmation of the changes to be made to your personal data.

Once you confirm the changes, Maildrill will make the changes.

In the case where deletion of data has been requested, the data will be removed from our records and the collection of user data will stop upon confirmation of the request.

Maildrill shall respond to the request described above within a period not to exceed 20 calendar days from the receipt of such request. In the event that the interested party’s request complies with all the requirements and, therefore, the same is appropriate, Maildrill will have a period not to exceed 15 days from the date of communication of the response indicated above to make the request effective. For security reasons, we will never give back the stored information until we have accredited the holder’s information.

You can also rectify or delete your data directly in your Maildrill Account Profile.

Revocation of the Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data

In terms of the provisions of article 8 of the Law, you may revoke at any time the authorization you granted us for the processing of your personal data, by sending an email to the address: hello@maildrill.app containing the following information: (i) the name and address to communicate you the response of the request, (ii) sufficient and necessary documents proving the identity of the holder of the personal data or in its case of its legal representative with sufficient and necessary powers for the effects in question, (iii) the clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which the revocation is required, and (iv) any other document or element that facilitates the location of the personal data subject to the aforementioned revocation.

Maildrill shall respond to the request described in the two preceding paragraphs within a period not to exceed 20 calendar days from the receipt of such request. In the event that the interested party’s request complies with all the requirements and, therefore, the request is admissible, Maildrill will have a period not to exceed fifteen days from the date of communication of the aforementioned response in order to make the request effective.

Modifications to the Privacy Notice

Maildrill reserves the right to make any modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice, in order to fully comply with new legal provisions, new internal policies or requirements of any competent authority. These modifications and/or updates will be made known immediately after they become effective in any of the following ways: a message sent to your e-mail address, a notice posted on the www.maildrill.app website, or by publishing the updated version of the Privacy Notice in this section.

Rights Protection Procedure

If the User considers that the right to the protection of his/her personal data has been violated by any member of our company or that any of the requirements established in the Law have not been complied with, we inform you that you may initiate a Rights Protection Procedure before the National Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (www. inai.gob.mx) within 15 business days from the date you receive a response from Maildrill regarding your request, or from the end of the period of 20 business days from the date of receipt of your request to exercise your rights and you have not received any response from us.

Use of Cookies

Maildrill uses cookies to help (anonymously) recognize you as a repeat visitor and to record traffic patterns on our site. We use this information to make Maildrill more user-friendly. Maildrill may obtain the IP address of its users. We will use this information to monitor and prevent fraud, diagnose problems and estimate (anonymously) demographic information.

Acceptance
